For your appointment, you will need to provide the following:
Referral letter from your GP or Specialist
All relevant imaging ie. xrays, CT, MRI, US and nuclear medicine scans
Medicare card
Private Insurance details
Workcover or TAC claim number / approval
Accounts will need to be settled on the day of your consultation. A proportion of this is rebatable from medicare. We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA and Mastercard. Workcover and TAC patients are expected to pay their account on the day and seek reimbursement from their respective insurance.
