Mr Grant Pang consults at East Melbourne, Reservoir and Heidelberg.For all appointments, please call the main rooms on 03 9462 5233.​If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice to allow us to offer this time to someone else.​

What to Bring:

For your appointment, you will need to provide the following:     - Referral letter from your GP or Specialist     - All relevant imaging ie. xrays, CT, MRI, US and nuclear medicine scans     - Medicare card     - Private Insurance details     - Workcover or TAC claim number / approval

Fees:

Accounts will need to be settled on the day of your consultation. A proportion of this is rebatable from medicare. We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA and Mastercard. Workcover and TAC patients are billed directly via their respective insurance, provided that you have your claim number and written approval of your claim.
